Vendor Coordination
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including landscapers, maintenance personnel and security providers.
EyeSea Property Management will coordinate their schedules, supervise their work and ensure timely completion of projects. Oversee the scheduling and supervision of staff, such as housekeepers, Landscapers, and security personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of performance.
Maintenance
Creating and maintaining a house manual, utilizing property management software. Upkeep all vendor state licenses and certificates of insurance. Perform weekly Home Inspections documenting any and all conditions and identifying potential issues which require action.
Financial Management
Budget planning and management, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices and preparing financial reports. EyeSea Property Management works closely with the Principal to ensure financial objectives are being met.
Bi-Weekly Reporting: Comprehensive reports including financial overviews, completed tasks and forecast of work pending.
Event Planning
Planning and executing of events held at the estate, including coordinating with caterers, event planners and other service providers. We will ensure all necessary arrangements are made for successful events.
