Home Watch would include scheduled visits—weekly, every other week, or monthly visits.
Services –
- Check doors, windows, gates, and signs of unauthorized entry. Look for visible water leaks, moisture, pests, or damage.
- Check that heating, air conditioning, refrigerators, and freezers appear to be working. Run faucets, flush toilets, and look for plumbing issues.
- Walk the exterior to check landscaping, irrigation, pools, and storm damage.
- Collect mail and packages.
- Send the homeowner a dated report with photos and any concerns.
Estate Care adds coordination and personal service, such as:
- Meet plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and other vendors at the property.
- Arrange repairs with the owner’s approval and check completed work.
- Coordinate landscaping, pool service, housekeeping, and routine maintenance.
- Prepare the home before the owner arrives—adjust temperatures, coordinate cleaning, stock groceries, and set up outdoor furniture.
- Secure the home after departure. Serve as the local contact when an alarm, leak, or urgent maintenance issue occurs.
